Additional charges

$20 late cancellation fee charged when a booking is cancelled less than an hour before the start time. This helps cover the cost of lost availability.

$20 applied when a user fails to collect the vehicle within 30 minutes of the booking start time, resulting in the vehicle being idle.

$150 fee applies when a driver returns the vehicle in a condition that requires additional cleaning due to it being dirty but not soiled.

$250 fee appliis when a driver returns the vehicle in a soiled condition that requires deeper cleaning. This could be outside or inside of the vehicle such as soil, smoke, mud, vomit or blood.

$30 processing fee for any toll road, speeding fine or parking infringement charges paid on behald of the user. Charges are automatically paid by Mevo and on charged to the drivers directly.

$40 fee will be charged for aiport dropoff and pickup option that will be applied automatically.

$250 minimum fee is payable for any relocation of a vehicle back to its designated parking area. This does not include additional infringement charges such as impound cost for parking at the tow away area.

$250 minimum fee is payable depending on the distance and time of day for the tow and callout.

$3600 insurance excess applies. All drivers must be 19 years and over and possess a full New Zealand drivers license.
